Returns and Refunds
Complaint
If you want to file a complaint, write to info@cadocap.it and you will be reached as soon as possible.
Refund period
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt, sending an email to info@cadocap.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email confirming the return shipment, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.
Costs
The costs of returning the Products will be at your sole expense.
Product care
The Products must be returned in their original state and packaging and the identification tag must still be present on the Products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and replace it.
Refund
All refunds will be processed within 14 days, with effect from the date of the receipt of the Product, upon verification of their integrity, using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duties or taxes paid, will not be refunded.
